Mentor Activity System

Dear Mentors, MAS is fixed. Mentors can now save their logs. Here is the new adjusted Monthly log chart (please see attachment). In the month of August, entering logs in MAS will not be required. Mentors will be able to log activities for Aug. and Sept. until midnight Oct. 31st. The last day to log activities in MAS for the months of October to May will be at midnight on the last day of the corresponding month. Mentors Accept Mentor Agreement Deadline All mentors must accept mentor agreement by Sept. 30, 2016. Directions are in the Online Course ID #60006: PD_ Mentor Activity System (MAS) Course Description. This course requires 10 minutes to review. This course is really a PDF file. To access, type your email address into the MicroSoft 360 box when prompted. Mentor Training Deadlines Deadline ONLINE Courses: Within 6 weeks of mentor assignment (as designated in MAS). All mentors complete the 6 online courses. Deadline FACE TO FACE Course Oct. 3rd: New mentors needing the face to face training, and assigned as mentors in August and mid-Sept. should complete the face to face training by Oct. 3rd.
