Campus Goals

Teachers will be able to demonstrate mastery of effective classroom management, culture and positive student relationships. Teachers will also see improvements in planning and classroom organization.

Instructional Practice Rubric (IPR) Focus

To enhance teachers’ capacities to meet or exceed the indicators for I-7, I-9, and I-10 IPR Criteria, I will facilitate professional learning opportunities focused on implementing proactive, evidence based classroom and behavior management strategies. PD’s will also support I-1 and I-3 instructional practices. I will identify tailored resources for supported teachers and assist in the implementation of strategies and techniques to improve classroom management and culture.
